Hope

It was a letter I didn't expect.

It was a response I didn't envision.

It was an answer to prayer...

Show Hope defines itself this way:

A ministry that enables individuals and communities to change the world for orphans by not only addressing a child’s need for food, shelter, care, and spiritual nourishment, but by also addressing the root issue for an orphan: the lack of a family.

As part of that ministry, it provides grants for qualified parents who seek to adopt orphans internationally. Bill and I applied, but for several reasons, we really did not think we'd receive the grant.

God had other plans.

Show Hope has informed us that we are the recipients of an adoption assistance grant in the amount of $3,000.00!

"Our prayer for your family is that God will be glorified throughout the adoption process - as He proves Himself to be faithful, provides the finances from various sources, and as He reveals His great love and care for the child you are adopting."

Our hearts are full, our praise is to God, and our anticipation increases day by day. Thank You, Lord!
